Absolutely excellent service. They took all of the stress out of moving for me. I went for the full packing service, which was worth every penny, they packed the whole 5 bed in less than a day. No breakages at all, and the team were all cheerful to have around the house. They all worked so hard.
We had our household furniture etc in storage for approximately a year. Finally we moved to Edinburgh. Middle management helpful where items had been damaged or broken. However there are numerous items missing - the most upsetting being all our Christmas decorations- which included items given to us by loved ones - which meant a lot. One has to presume there is pilfering going on and it has not been investigated or someone is turning a blind eye. It is too late for us but sadly I would think twice about recommending this firm .
Quoted £699 to take 500 cubic feet a transit vans worth from Stirling to Glasgow. Minimal insurance. Will charge you £90 to collect from depot even if storage is paid for. A complete rip off.
Provided a great service, friendly and efficient and delivered on all fronts. Highly recommended.
Brill company helpful and reliable. Would highly recomend
Couldn't find a worse company to do business with.
