Very quick to take your money but no where to be seen when there are issues with your rented property. Been waiting a month for someone to call regarding a leaking conservatory and about 6 months regarding a faulty heating system. Absolutely useless

Simply cannot recommend Munro Estates enough! I needed a new home immediately near to work and close for childcare. Munro couldn't do enough for me and had everything immaculate and ready to move in within a week including fitting a brand new bath. Lovely professional service and cant thank them all enough for all they have done! 10/10

Paying alot in rent and keep getting a leak in ceiling in living room. Damaged a sentimental photo and frame. When we first moved in the electrics were completley goosed and could not find anyone to contact as they enjoy their weekends off. Lost loads off food with electricity not being on and was advised to contact an emergency electrician if a problem happened. Contacted one and had to pay 300 pounds and it still was not fixed and were not compensated or expenses a single penny from munroe for a problem that was not mentioned when we were viewing. Awful service and i believe they are just looking to line their pockets quickly and will not compensate for these problems that keep costing us. Do not use

Property to let I feel was misrepresented. Wall in living room was wet, an area approx 1ft high, 3ft long. The initial inventory was skimmed over very quickly and was inaccurate(a cracked window was also not mentioned). A direct question I asked regarding if the property had damage or needed any work was answered with a 'not really'. With hindsight I can see something was being hidden. I feel the agent who dealt with this was dismissive of my concerns, as they felt a property with wet walls is perfectly habitable. Agents have been friendly and helpful other than this. * This is still on going and I will update once resolved *
