We've used Monster Lets for renting out our properties and they have been absolutely brilliant in liaising with us, keeping us up to date in minor repairs and giving us warning when we need to put in more investment to ensure our tenants have lovely, comfortable, and modern homes. And what we've also been impressed with is that they've also been there with a friendly ear to help clients when they go through tough times. We've been very pleased with the services - and they're lovely people to work with!
Fantastic team and wonderful service! I came across Monster Lets in 2017 when looking for a place to rent in Sunderland. The service from arranging my first viewing to moving into the property was seamless, the team were all wonderfully friendly, helpful, professional and efficient, and I can't recommend them enough. I've rented many properties in the past and this is the best experience I have had of an agent. It's peace of mind to be able to rent a property knowing you're in such professional and helpful hands who go above and beyond what a tenant would expect from an agent.
I rent an apartment from Monster Lets. Very friendly and courteous people! Getting the referencing and paperwork done was very quick and very smooth. Communication is very easy and inquiries are usually answered within 24 hours. I have had literally zero hassle or problems from them, they are fantastic! Highly recommended!
I have been renting out my property with Monsterlets for the past three years. They gave me excellent advice regarding updating some aspects of the property before rental, were very quick to find a suitable tenant and their afterservive has been outstanding. They keep me well informed regarding checks on the property and are on hand to help if any problems arise eg when the boiler needed fixing. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent out a property.

Monsterlets restored our faith in letting agents. Prior to meeting Lisa and Nigel of Monsterlets, we were struggling to let our properties. We were working with a letting agency who had only negative attitudes and who quite frankly were just not bothered. Monsterlets changed our whole experience of being a landlord, and have taken away all the day to day stresses of letting properties. Monsterlets have worked hard on our behalf to ensure that our properties are let, and when tenants do move on they re let quickly with minimal loss of income. I have never rented a property and to be honest I was very nervous. From finding the property, contacting Monsterlets and me moving everything went so so smooth. I can't recommend the company enough!
