Sharon and her team at the Chester-le-Street branch have been absolutely amazing. They have helped us every step step of the way with the selling of our house, and their guidance and attention to detail has phenomenal. Would 100% recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house - we couldn't have done it without them!
We recently purchased a property through this estate agents. Things unfortunately did not go smoothly no reflection on the estate agent and in all it took 6 months from the offer being accepted until completion. Throughout the process all the team we spoke to in the office were helpful, polite and understanding even when we were totally frustrated. We can't thank Sharon MacFeggan enough, when things got difficult and we were ready to pull out she was at the end of the phone. Sharon kept the whole thing on track liaising regularly with solicitors and updating us every week without fail. As we said to her when we finally collected our keys, she really went above and beyond. We wouldn't hesitate in using this estate agents in the future and we have definitely recommended them to family and friends.
Absolutely outstanding from start to finish, Sharon is excellent at what she does and was there the whole way during my sale, daily conversations to be honest, I would never use another estate agents now, your move will always be first call if needed and that’s down to how great Sharon was 10/10
