I have dealt with Pattinson Washington recently when finding a tenant for my home. I found them to be extremely helpful, professional and knowledgable, making me feel very at ease at what can be a stressful time. I dealt with a member of staff there called Lisa, who I can not recommend enough as she went above and beyond what was required. The whole team there are brilliant and I will definitely be doing all my future business with them and recommending them to family and friends!

I would highly recommend Pattison Washington, I recently sold my property with them and the service I received was excellent. I dealt with a girl called Lisa who was very knowledgeable with over 20 years in the industry she made the process stress free and seamless! She also did our EPC as she is fully trained to do them. If you need an estate agents in Washington then look no further, Excellent service provided .

I would highly recommend pattinsons to anyone looking to buy/sell or let their property out. I personally deal Lisa who is great! When buying my properties she kept me informed of every update that happened along the way and gave good advice. I would also recommend to any landlord that you highly consider using pattinsons to find you a tenant as they run all credit and reference checks for you and I personally haven't had any problems with any of my tenants that they have found for me to date.

I have recently used Pattinsons in Washington Galleries who have been first class and professional in selling a BTL property i owned in good time and receiving a great price for my property at the same time. I would like to thanks Pattinsons staff for all your efforts.
