I recently purchased a bag from this store but had to return the bag due to a fault with the strap. The assistant sorry I didn’t remember her name who helped with my query displayed exemplary customer service, she was so helpful and friendly and exchanged the bag fuss free. I’m extremely delighted at the level of service I received today and would definitely recommend this store to anyone wishing to purchase at Mulberry.
I had a fantastic experience at Mulberry buying my very first bag- a linen green Lily. Ros was patient and kind while I selected my bag and also generously showed me other products such as bag scarves and purses. I ended up buying a beautiful bag scarf also thanks to her recommendations! I will be back.
Very happy with the service from the Glasgow store today. I'm not one for designer brands but after carrying a Mullberry wallet for over 10 years and now looking a little worse for wear i decided to replace it. I was very happy to see that an equivalent was still in production. The team talked me through the models and grains of leather available and i was able to walk out with one that was almost like for like. It came beautifully packaged and i was in and out quickly which i appreciate. These may be expensive for what they are but if this one lasts another decade I will undoubtedly return.
Mulberry Glasgow is a masterclass in customer service. A beautiful store where the staff are genuine, friendly, and incredibly helpful. A special shout out to Rosalind for going above and beyond to communicate with me around new arrivals and sales between visits. Looking forward to my next visit.
Amazing experience!! The staff was so welcoming and tried to show many kinds of products although I didn't ask them. I could try as many as possible in the shop and felt comfortable to have a look. If I want to buy anything from Mulberry, I would be back to this shop again! Thank you
I had a wonderful experience in the Glasgow Mulberry store. I went in looking for a new purse and was welcomed by each member of staff, I was shown the purses they had available and offered some refreshments. I now can't remember the lovely SA name dark haired worked Saturday morning 15th July 23 however she was excellent, exceptional service. My item was also perfectly wrapped and packaged. I will be returning again to purchase a bag in the near future.
Upon arriving at the store on Ingram Street you are welcomed. We were offered a glass of fizz or water. I had to return 2 items bought elsewhere and was a bit of a mixup. This was quickly sorted out by Noreen and her team. The staff were all friendly and helpful, nothing was too much bother.
My friend and I went to purchase a handbag. The ladies were extremely friendly and helpful. We took 2 hours deciding what we wanted and they didn't get tired of us lol Great staff!
