I have recently returned an item - by the looks of it now owned by sports direct Accused of item been work, returned this and said they won’t issue a refund The item has not been worn and was returned in the same condition I got it in. Tags still on there - brand new
It is a lovely store selling good quality clothes, bags and other items. It is clean, organised and the space is used really well, however the store is too small and cramped. It needs brighter lighting and a bigger sign outside as if you don't know the Victoria Quarter in leeds it can be hard to find.
Staff are wonderful everytime I visit, they are always happy to help. The shop is set out well, and its easy to find what one is looking. A great shop with welcoming staff!
This shop has closed down.
Very disappointed made a special journey after work found the store closing at 6.30pm while the website clearly states 8.00pm. How can such a large company get the fundamentals so wrong.
Welcoming and polite staff . Small shop but a good range of clothing for both men and women . Fitting room available.

Best quality garments for cold weather. I highly recommend Jack Wills!
Returned item unused. Only partial refund received. Took a couple of weeks for the money to arrive too
