Love Jack Wills clothes for the kids but disappointed in their customer service regarding returns.
Nice shop love their jumpers so soft and comfy to wear
It is a lovely store selling good quality clothes, bags and other items. It is clean, organised and the space is used really well, however the store is too small and cramped. It needs brighter lighting and a bigger sign outside as if you don't know the Victoria Quarter in leeds it can be hard to find.
Staff are wonderful everytime I visit, they are always happy to help. The shop is set out well, and its easy to find what one is looking. A great shop with welcoming staff!
Actually very helpful today! Which is a pleasant surprise as staff here can be quite surly and ignorant. Work on yr staff customer service Jack
stole my identity now I'm lost... help
Staff ignorant and doesn't help .
Very disappointed made a special journey after work found the store closing at 6.30pm while the website clearly states 8.00pm. How can such a large company get the fundamentals so wrong.
