After a few years, I returned today to see Nadia for a balayage for the second time - the first time was just after lockdown and I loved what she did with my hair; over the past few years the colour has lasted and grown out beautifully. Today has been no different - I am absolutely obsessed with this new colour! Honestly, I am blown away by the artistry that Nadia possesses. Both times I have been to see her, I asked for quite different shades and both times she delivered exactly what I wanted, whilst making it work on my hair. She really listens and creates what you request down to a T as long as it is feasible!, and has the skills to actually execute it perfectly. She takes time and care without rushing anything, and on top of that is really kind, friendly and lovely to chat to. Her results always look beautiful, natural and grow out so well. I would never dream of getting balayage done anywhere else! Thanks so much to Nadia, Margaret and Claire for all looking after me so well. At one point today all three ladies were helping me at once - I felt like royalty! I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to get excellent hair service!
Claire did an amazing job on my face framing. She knew exactly what I wanted and the colour is perfect. I will definitely be back!
I used to go here a few times and had an amazing experience. I recommended this place to a relative, however there is a rude staff member who made their experience horrible. She left quite sad and I don’t think I would go back there myself. I am very disappointed. They did not even apologise.
Consistently fantastic service, care and value for money! I’ve been coming to MSN for nearly two years after a strong recommendation from a client and my only regret is that I didn’t discover them sooner! Nadia and Claire allocate undivided time to ensure my highlights, root smudge, and toner are done perfectly and as quickly as possible- I have A LOT of thick curly hair so it can be a process! A process they make enjoyable by ensuring I’m topped up with water, tea or coffee, even offering to get me lunch when my hair needs bit more time to lift. Then Margaret, the owner and matriarch of the salon, completes my look with fresh layers or a trim also done to precision. They are each an expert and will never do anything my hair isn’t ready for and encourage me to maximise my colour and hair health with home care tips or product recommendations. Conveniently located in Ealing near Lammas park so you can come for a pamper and then enjoy a stroll
I tried msn hair for the first time as I have moved nearby, they did a good job but are ridiculously over priced I was shocked! They charged me £145 just for roots and a wash and blow dry! My usually hairdresser in St John’s Wood is MUCH more high end and charges £100 for the same. I will never go back again, will be sticking with my old hairdresser.
Wonderful place to have a professional colour and cut. My hair is looking so healthy now. They took extra care of my hair because it is quite fine and fragile. The balayge is looking absolutely stunning. Got many compliments. Thank you, Nadia. I am happy to recommend this salon to anyone. All the best.
Amazing first experience at msn hair, Nadia, Claire and Margaret are a truly amazing team. They all worked together with me today to achieve the best full set of highlights and beautiful cut. My hair feels the best it’s been in what feels like forever, they will be my go to hairdressers from now on.
I think this is officially the first time I have walked out of a salon in absolute love with my balayaged/ cut/ styled hair by Margaret and Nadia and without zero complaints. I have gone to so many hairdressers and now feel I have finally find my permenant salon. I don't usually write reviews but after my experience at MSN hair I feel it deserves one. From the moment I stepped in, I felt looked after and the attention to detail that Nadia has gone to, to get the perfect tone and blend, is so much greater than other professionals I've been to. I have got my hair done from other instagram professionals and I have left feeling unhappy with the tone and the damaged quality. Nadia not only cares about the artistry but also focuses on maintaining the condition and is extra attentive when applying bonding treatment. There is not a coloured strand out of place and it's so well blended which hairdressers find difficult to get right on my dark brown hair. Margaret also did a fantastic job giving me a fresh layered cut and they are both so lovely to talk to which helps! I have been given so many compliments since, and I'd highly recommend giving this salon a go! You won't regret it!
I come here to get my hair done and i have never been let down. Always so happy with the style and the cut. The customer service is lovely and the quality is worth the price. They are incredibly helpful if advice to maintain your hair's health and look. Definitely recommend.
I recently got my hair botched at a central london salon, which ruined my brunette hair with gold highlights by painting my hair with overly bleached white streaks. I was incredibly upset and was looking for a local salon close to my house when I stumbled upon MSN salon. I read so many positive reviews and saw balayage pictures that looked incredible, so I knew I had to try it out for a color correction. I popped down to discuss fixing my hair and the ladies were willing to help as quickly as possible, which was music to my ears. Nadia knew what needed to be done and she was amazingly thorough, finding all the color gone wrong and fixing my hair strand by strand with an artistic eye. Margaret worked on my hair as well with color and styled my hair to break up the heaviness so that my new highlights/balayage showed nicely. The process took a while, but the ladies wouldn't let me leave until my hair was looking picture perfect. I'm really happy that I was able to get my hair fixed by MSN as they did an exceptional job.My hair is beautiful, glossy and just what I wanted. I also loved that this salon is family run and very friendly.
