I have been a recurring customer for quite some time now and have generally been pleased with the services provided. However, my recent experience has left me with mixed feelings. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control, I was late for my scheduled appointment. I understand the importance of punctuality and I tried everything to get there in time. However, when I called to announce that I will be late, I was met with an unexpected level of rudeness from the salon staff. I attempted to explain the situation and express my regret, hoping to find a solution, but the staff seemed unwilling to listen and, regrettably, refused to reschedule my appointment. I had already paid in advance for the service, which added to my disappointment. The lack of understanding and flexibility in this particular situation left me feeling undervalued as a customer. While I have been a recurring customer and have had positive experiences in the past, the treatment I received during this incident has made me reconsider whether I will continue to use their services. A more empathetic and customer-oriented approach in handling unforeseen circumstances would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.
One female staff member is unfailingly rude. I tried to get on with her a number of times. Most recently she seemed to delight in her rudeness. Give this place a miss. Manners makers man not this unpleasant person .
Great service, Ella was so helpful and explained everything really well so I wouldn’t ruin my colour! Highly recommend

This was my first visit to Habit Hair and I was a little bit nervous trying out a different salon, but pleased to say that I was not disappointed. I was very happy with my new haircut and style. Darius is very skilled and gives his honest opinion of a hairstyle and proposes a more suitable option if needed, which is useful to have. Great service overall and I would highly recommend this salon!
Darius did an amazing job on my hair, full highlights. I am so pleased and impressed and will definitely be coming back again soon!!
I know I am in good hands. Elka knows my hair and the way I like it cut. Every time I leave the saloon, I feel like a true beauty that is turning heads. I have been going to habit hair for some years now and I would not trade their service for anything else in the area. My tip: communicate your needs, be honest about your expectations and you will not be disappointed. You ask, they answer. Well done Elka and Darius, keep us all in style.
Ela is more welcoming and I always loved when she is looking after me but unfortunately, I didn't have the same experience with Darius.
I may not be a model but Ella made me look line one today.
