After a lifetime of only getting my hair cropped at a local barbers, I took the plunge at Class&Class for my first hair salon experience. And what a revelation this turned out to be - I certainly did not expect this level of service! My hair was not only cut to my awkward requirements, it was dyed exactly to my whimsical wants. The complimentary glass of good Italian wine simply topped a good all round afternoon. I'm impressed, and I will come again. In fact, I am already booked-in for my next visit...

The stylists in this salon are top quality, very experienced and with a great customer care. Danilo is exceptionally good with colour, cut and finish. This salon has definitely improved under the new management both in the quality of the service and customer care. The previous hairdressers were more 'rough and ready' and always pushing to buy their products which I found quite annoying. The current stylists are much more professional, skilful and polite. They are very friendly without being invasive, which is indeed a great skill in itself.

I visited this hair salon last week. The staff was welcoming. Great customer service and nice vibe. I have very difficult hair, but the stylist that looked after me did a fantastic ash blonde hair balayage. I'm super happy now and will definitely recommend to family and friends. My hair looks amazing. Thank you!

I'd been going to this salon (when it was Neo) for several years and was always really comfortable there. The salon staff were always very welcoming with an offer of a tea/coffee/water during your appointment and were nice and chatty. I hadn't been there since it had changed hands and my favourite staff member had since left, but I still had confidence that I would be looked after. Unfortunately that wasn't really the case. My hairdresser didn't seem to know what she was doing (she actually started cutting my hair before asking what I wanted) and I had to coach her through the whole thing - I had no real confidence in her - compared to the professional staff I had, had the pleasure of cutting my hair in the past. The ordeal finished and whilst she didn't completely butcher me, I wasn't that happy with what she had done, or the whole experience. The atmosphere inside the salon was deathly quiet and not particularly friendly - no-one seemed to be talking to each other. I attemped to talk to the owner at the time, but he was otherwised engaged with someone outside of the salon, so I dropped him a mail. He replied back apologising for the person disrupting the salon (which to be honest wasnt actually my complaint) but seemed to gloss over my real reason for the feedback. I was offered a refund - which was a nice gesture, but despite a few emails, it never materialised. I'm going to chalk this one up to experience and find another salon.

Best hairdressers in Ealing. The staff offers a great service and they look really professional. I got amazing blonde balayage hair and everybody is making me compliments. Thank you.
