This has got to be in my opinion the worst all round place to get anything, the staff are lazy rude and what seems to be completely untrained the prices are diabolical and as for being helpfully well it just seems to be too much to expect, God forbid you need to go there for anything late at night as the night staff, if you can drag them out of the back room that is, don't listen to you when you are asking them for anything fro. The shop floor and on at least 3 occasions have told me that either what I want isn't there,even though you can see it through the window, or they have given me the more expensive alternative. On my Last visit I asked for the cheapest bottle of red wine they had and was given one double the price when I queried it the attendant was rude to say the least,so I asked to exchange it for something else as he hadn't quite pushed it through the hatch and I was told that it was against company policy to exchange which simply cannot be true. I was treated like I was being unreasonable and as if serving customers with things from the shop was some kind of audacity if you want my advice never shop there
This is a company making billions and the facilities are poor. Toilets are broken again. Euroloo offered to employees as an alternative
£1 per minute and never works as it should . Often only cold water or no bubbles. Rip off. Avoid
Happy to sell lottery products and increase the footfall into their shop but unwilling to pay out reasonable sized claims from their till. Staff suddenly speak very little English when needing to discuss a resolution.

Cheapest fuel bar Asda in Colchester today. Decent shop with a good selection of food and drink, clean pumps and friendly customer service. Great BP garage
Be careful of this place. Went in to buy diesel tonight and the board quoted 131.9p. The pump was charging 149.9p! Pretty sure that's illegal. And yes, that was standard diesel.
Started coming here for the PP after Johnsons Premier down the road repeatedly refused to acknowledge my existence and just shook their heads at me whilst on the phone, so I started coming here instead. I don't know the name of the guy, but he is always so happy. He has given me great customer service time after time and I always leave with a smile. After nipping to the Johnsons once again this morning to give it another go despite telling myself I should just go to this Garage, I ended up with a horrible customer service experience there again and just dumped the goods and walked out. Went to this Garage and was met by a lovely younger guy who was perfectly polite and from now on I will only visit this store for my nip out purchases.
Sometimes car wash doesn't dispense soap, only water ! If this happens, make sure you mention it to them before you leave . They made me feel like as if I was lying when mentioned later.
I bought a Carwash code , but it was busy and i was in a rush, so i haven't used it on the day I got back after a couple of days and it wasn't valid any longer . I didn't know, and it doesn't even mention that is valid only 24 Hours, Why do i think this is a scam
