Spent a very pleasant evening here with the wife playing bingo. We got complimentary cake, crisps and sandwiches along with free hot drinks and soft drinks. Reasonably priced alcohol. Very nice staff, clean place and overall had a lovely experience

I went to Bibbys's casino while in mablethorpe, as soon as we walked in we were warmly welcomed ,offered a drink and snacks by a lovely lady.friendly and attentive. A credit to the business. Thank you from myself and my family .

Bibby's has a handful of really good games Dance Dance Revolution, Mario Kart but plenty of duds too, especially the underwhelming and uncomfortable VR chairs.  It is also necessary to get change, which is increasingly uncommon in arcades, though the physical tickets do lend a retro charm.

Spoke to a guy working there that one of the machines hadn't give us our tickets, he had a look inside and said he'll go and get some tickets, he didn't come back, went and got another staff member who got the tickets out of the same machine. The girl behind the prize counter also told us that someone might be along to open the glass case to get our prize but again no one turned up! Had to find another staff member who said she hadn't been asked and the the girl new how to get into the case she just couldn't be bothered. Terrible staff in this place.

Staff constantly pushing prizes back in the machines. The prize shop was never open every time we went in there to get our prizes the shop was always closed.

My kids love this place especially for the 2p machines we have spent some good money her as we got a total of 22,000 tickets witch is more then what we had last time we when the manager the is proper sound so friendly he can even Remember use from the last time we went there roll on next year

Waste of money they where pushing prizes back in the machine when people leave them.. we all know Gamling only has one winner.. but blatantly pushing prizes back in 2p and 10p machines. They don't even wait for the place to close to do it either !!

Was enjoying this place until we went to chage our tickets for prizes.. came back to machine and everything had been pushed back.. if you cant afford to let kids win 50p prizes on a 2p machine then i dont think you should be open really.. confronted the staff about this issue to get told the manager tells them to do this what a joke!

Love the City of Gold, I've been saving tickets for 5 years, estimated spend is £1.7k Finally got enough for that 5 piece knife set which is awesome, had so much fun dropping my balls into the tight holes for ticket wins!!  Long live C.O.G!!! Saving up for a plate set estimated arrival Time will be 2026 at a cost of probably £2k!  Rock on!!+
