Mablethorpe's Famous Sand Train! The train has been operating since 1952, providing pleasure rides along the Mablethorpe north beach. Not to be confused with the land train which operates on the main roads, the Mablethorpe Sand Train provides you with the best views as it takes you, your children & even the family dog on a journey along the wonderful golden sand.

Whether you want to use the sand train to get from your holiday site to the town, or just for a pleasure ride - the Mablethorpe Sand Train offers its customers a friendly smile as you are welcomed aboard. Our full "round trip" lasts around 20 minutes and is a great way to take in the sea air for just £2.00 per person.

Nice way to travel into Mablethorpe from the haven site and it's cheap at £1 each way.
