Rich was professional and welcoming from my first consultation. I had a filling done with Rich. He told me when giving me the anaesthetic ‘this is the worse part, your going to feel a sharp scratch’ - I actually didn’t feel a thing and I was wondering if he actually even given me a needle. Always great customer care at Eccleston Dental. I have been a patient all of my life and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I know I will be looked after by the team from reception to the hygienist and the dentist with whatever I need. Superb. 5 stars.

Decided to leave this practice,  dentist lovely,  but the hygienist Kirsty is brutal,  hurt everytime, even lost part of my filling,  never in my life have I ever been anxious to visit the dentist until now, wouldn't recommend.

Had an appointment with Kirsty she was extremely pleasant and very thorough. Excellent service. Thank you x

Had my 6 month check up yesterday, and as always super impressed by the service I was given! Staff are super friendly and helpful, and the practice itself is looking really modern and bright after having a refurbishment. I had a new dentist Mr Richard Kocierz yesterday and he couldn’t do enough for me! So informative about the service I require and the best route to take, I’ve been visiting this dentist all my life and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Highly recommended for nervous patients! I had to have a root extraction and I can honestly say Richard carried out this work effortlessly. He made me feel so reassured and talked me through each step so I knew what to expect. Pain free and so quickly too, I thought he hadn't even started. The best dental practice ever. Five stars to the lovely assistant too.

Can't recommend or praise everyone at Eccleston Dentist enough.  My past experiences with other dentists have left me with severe anxiety,  however the treatment and care I've received here has resulted in my anxiety extremely reduced.  Great work  by a wonderful team

I have been at the practice for many years now when Andrew and Kathleen owned it.  I was recommended to go there by a friend as I was so scared of going to the dentist after an awful childhood experience elsewhere. Best decision.  Know Carolyn well, and also I remember her mum working there, always checks on the family. Richard completed a procedure today. Took over an hour. He was very reassuring, ran me through each step and advised accordingly. Eccleston Dental Care feels very much a part of the community. They go above and beyond for everyone. The hygienist and dental nurses are a huge asset. The team certainly reassured my children when they were young. Great work team Eccleston Dental practice. Welcome Richard. We are all lucky to have you.

I've just had probably the most relaxing time ever at a dentist. Yes the two don't usually go together I know !. The dentist and staff are so friendly and professional, I have undergone slight cosmetic work and the results are truly amazing... Well done Richard and the team
