Reception staff looked at me as though I had just sat down in their living room and started drink their coffee. I was sat in the waiting room waiting for my appointment for 32minutes past my appointment. If this had been the other way around they would of refused to see me. I would of understood if they had a patient in already. The dentist returned from lunch 10 minutes past when my appointment was booked for. And then nothing until I went in 32minutes late. Having said that, the one star goes to the dentist himself as He was lovely when I finally got seen.

Dentist Asma & nurse Naomi was absolutely fantastic. Kind, professional and understanding. I was an absolute nervous wreck and they helped me so much taking time to talk to me, best emergency dentist I’ve ever been to. I would highly recommend them both. Thank you so much!

Trying to get in as a emergency appointment for weeks letting me sit with two weeks really bad tooth pain every time they put me on acancellation list. Can’t sleep can’t eat and they just let me sit here with massive pain for weeks. So ready to make a complain big time had to enough this is t good service at all every time I ring up take pain killers bla bla this tooth is black now and completely dead the pain is doubled up nothing working and let a lady struggle nearly passing out from the pain

Had nothing but issues with the reception staff. The practice manager intervened and all seemed well until I needed a filling and Dentist missed part of it. Made follow up appointment to have the missed work carried out but still needed another appointment due to the pain. This final appointment was cancelled within the practice guidelines but yet the Dentist cancelled me as a patient. I would recommend using another dentist possible at the practice but all in all they are unprofessional to say the least!
