Friendly and caring dentist. Very punctual, fantastic pain free injections and very happy with the work. Oh yes, I am a very happy NHS patient.

WARNING: PLEASE READ
This dentist DISCRIMINATES against NHS patients.
The customer service in this dentist is disgusting, unless you are a private patient. Firstly, when phoning you have to confirm whether you are a private or NHS patient. I'm not sure what relevance this has when trying to speak to a receptionist to book an appointment. After speaking to a receptionist I was told that I was no longer registered. I explained that I had not received any letter, to which I was told and I quote "We do not have to send a letter". I then asked if I could re-register and was told that they are not taking on any new customers. It was at this point that I began to suspect that the reason for this is because I was an NHS patient. Sadly, this was later confirmed when I contacted the surgery, enquiring as a private patient and was offered an appointment. Needless to say I will never visit this dentist practice again.
