Thank you Greta for your warm, gentle and caring service! My hygiene appointment was pleasant and left me with a sense of wellbeing as well as motivation to look after my oral health better. This was my first time at the practice and I liked the clean and fresh interior. The reception and nurse staff were polite and friendly. It was super easy to book the appointment over the phone. All in all great experience, I'll be back, thank you :-
I've just joined this dentist ,my experience was 10 0ut of 10 ,I've always been scared of dentists ,but not any more ,everyone lovely ,the receptionist ,my dentist Michelle wooi ,and Becky ,thanks again .

The service was really good, all the staff were lovely and the dentist was friendly.
The dentist was really polite and calming. The staff were nice aswell.
Utter garbage promise to phone you up in the next 24 hoursand yet they don't. Try to make an emergency appointment because have facial swelling and In severe pain only to be told that the next available appointment is late June. What do they expect me to do pull my own tooth out. Promised phone calls to no avail. I hope this service improves dramatically or I will be looking for a new dentist urgently
Dentist is nice and the other staff know what they are doing but everytime I try to ring the surgery for a dental appointment I get a rude moody receptionist. I still go due to level of quality in my dental care but otherwise I wouldn't go. Everyone has bad days but come on, receptionists and people working with people need to learn sometimes to pretend. It's what people have to do in the world. Service with a smile even if it is on the phone.
Wouldn't trust any other dentist with my teeth, when I first came I had a fair bit of treatment needed doing - and an unexpected tooth removal,I'm not the best with dentists I get very anxious but everytime I go everyone at the practice just gets more lovely and welcoming to me and I appreciate it alot,such a friendly place and always there to answer my questions even out of hours, a massive thank you
First time visiting this dentist .Had a tooth out. Fantastic dentist all staff lovely and kind and very professional put me at ease .Been for another appointment and felt at ease .Iam a very nervous person when going to see the dentist but I was not at all nervous. All staff amazing.
The service here has greatly improved with the employment of a more cheerful and helpful reception team. The only downside is parking difficulty and definitely don’t go at the school next doors finishing time.
