If I could give this review a zero I would. Once they've taken your money they're not interested in sorting their mistakes out. This has happened twice now. Always on his phone whilst serving and rude. Won't be returning, rather take a trip into Loughborough. Absolute nightmare. Having said that the lady is always very helpful.
Excellent PO I have never had any issues on my visits to this PO The staff there are a pleasure to deal with.
The man who works there said he isn't going to do proof of postage receipts for me anymore. I print labels from etsy and there is no option to print my own proof receipts, all he has to do is scan a few barcodes. The Quorn Post office is much better.
Horrible postoffice with rude and aggressive staff. Always try and avoid the place.
Not cyclist friendly, I got an extremely rude earful from the staff for tethering my bike neatly to some railings at the side of the office. You'd expect a certain amount of hospitality from a small village post office with limited opening times, perhaps not. I recomend you collect your parcel from a nearby alternative should you be cycling or should you not be in the mood for a lesson on "manners".
Colleague serving didn't get of their phone. I also think they may have dropped there manners in a mail sack by accident and posted them somewhere because they definitely were not present when I visited. Not a good interaction
Great service and great selection of stationary
Good service and staff, Atul the postmaster is always helpful and friendly and they have excellent facilities. They are always stocked up on everything I need and the queue management is good.
This post office is awful at re-delivering post. I have ordered many re-deliveries as I work shifts. They never come on the day you requested even when you wait around all morning for them! It’s beginning to get quite frustrating.
Terrible service. Went in to get euros. Postmaster took my card and ID. Gave me the receipt and euros and didn't process the transaction properly. He then reported me to the police for non payment. I was then cautioned before being questioned. I went in the following day to pay again and asked for the complaints procedure and I'm still waiting! I'll never use them again!
