There is old English Lady she don’t know how to speak with Client. I ask price between Standard and sign one. She give me when I ask is this tracking one she spoke very rude. I hear from some my friend they said she is don’t like Indians

Refuse to take my parcel, told me that they only accept 11kg parcel and mine was 15kg and told me to go other post office. I enquired in town post office they told me they will accept upto 30kg. "Will try going to any other post office in the area than this one in future!"
