Staff member, there is a joke. The main guy there has no customer service skills. Talks to customers like where scum. Takes 20 minutes to serve one customer who wants to send his Benifit money to India and expects you to wait while they have full conversation in Indian. They don't want you to bring a medium or large parcel because they can't be bothered to do their job.nnPlace needs closing down
Great staff, open at times other post offices aren’t.
Unfortunately the woman manning the counter is extremely rude and did not offer good customer service, and on top of that she was saying insulting things about me in her own language but did not realise I could understand what she was saying. Instead of processing my orders she was too busy talking to people in the back and when she did she was trying to humiliate us for a discrepancy with the postal stamp.nnPlease do yourself a favour and avoid this place, judging by other reviews people have also had a similarly unpleasant experience here.
Unfortunately I have to attend this post office as its the closest to my home. However, not long ago I went in with a large package. Instead of letting me know POLITELY to bring it earlier in the day, as they have no space in the shop. The 2 men behind the counter actually told me off.... for bringing a package to a post office??... I mean seriously?? How am I supposed to know to bring it earlier if you don't tell me. The staff need some serious customer service training.
Bad customer services, very rude owner. Lies about postage, that is to big to heavy doesn't fit and asks you to pay extra. I'm ex seller, I have all equipment at home I checked before I went to post office. So I know he's lying. Advice to owner, treat people how you want to be treated!
