Great service. Staff are great and as the store is on the outskirts of the shopping centre there is ample parking. There is a Clark's inside but they don't accept Mothercare gift cards which is a shame.

Terrible service. Ended up buying off line, i spent £500 on a pram and the store lost the sale due to poor customer service and arrogance. Someone in workclothes must look poor?. Dreadful.

Very overpriced. Completely misleading information regarding the loyalty scheme both in store and online, which even staff do not seem to fully understand. Unfortunately Mothercare hold a near monopoly for maternity wear and consumers are given little other choice.
