Emma at Quiz Merry Hill today is an asset to the company. I went it today to purchase a dress for a work party and she couldn't of helped me more. Emma helped with finding shoes and a clutch bag to match the dress I picked. I'm not very good at purchasing dresses as I never wear them, so thank you Emma for making the experience easy and enjoyable .
I like this store staff are always friendly and clothes are good quality and reasonably priced, even at sale time shop is tidy.
I love Quiz. I've always been very fussy about clothes and struggled to find dresses I like at a sensible price. I tried here in a desperate last minute several years ago and now it is my go to for parties and events. The price tags are amazing and the quality is great. I also manage to get jumpsuits from here which I can never usually get to fit me from anywhere
Lovely shop and staff had just what my daughter wanted can't fault the service off the staff
Asked in store for their returns policy when we bought clothing and they stated 28 days so did the sign in the photo attached. 14 days later when we try to return the items they tell us its 7 days for a return or 28days for exchange/credit note. Very disappointed in the service, feel misled
Attentive staff, with a good selection of products at fair prices. I can see my wife using this store many times in the future.

Only went in this store to look for a denim dress I seen in their online sales but unfortunately they didn't have it but the young lady who was looking after the fitting room was extremely helpful to me and even looked for a certain dress I seen in the window. I must admit I think the price's are a little expensive for the quality of their clothing. Worth it if the items are in the sale though
Went in there with a mate so she could pick a dress out for a christmas party, Staff was so helpful and the whole experience was a delight.
