Only worth buying from JD when there's a sale on. Otherwise a bit on the pricey side.

Terrible service, waited 20 minutes for shoes to be ordered from the stock room- when it displayed ready on the screens we asked where they were, told to talk to another member of staff. We were directed to the tills as they had been ‘put aside’. 40 minutes in the queue and we get to the till, asked for the shoes and were told there aren’t any. She chased them out the back, returned with a size smaller and one shoe to the size I needed. I said to leave it and walked out. Service was terrible, staff useless and the waiting times are very long to then be told my size wasn’t there at all.

The staff are just plain morons. They forgot to take the security tag off a bag. I hadn't noticed until getting home Came back to have it taken off and get treated like a criminal because of their stupidity. Spent a lot of money as well. Won't be bothering again.
