Unbelievably poor. Went in yesterday to try and buy a suit. Being short and fat i knew i needed a 40S trouser. When i asked what they had in stock was told by manageress to look at the labels. Assistant did what he could but was struggling. Manageress had no intention of serving us. Walked out after an hour when my life blood had ebbed away.

I've been twice and both times they had problems with their tills. Last time they were unable to process my sale as the system was down completely. I offered to get cash to pay which they said was fine so I went to caspoint and came back. They they declared they couldn't give me any change. They said there was "nothing they could do", apparently one of the three staff in an empty shop couldn't go next door and change a £10 for two £5 to give me change. Comedy service from the 1970's.

Avoid this place very poor customer service. Attended with my two best men and partner''s father for pre booked appointment. The manager there straight away was rude and argued he had not had a booking for all of us. Nothing was in stock suits/shirts wise (on two occasions we attended). Showed little attention, left to ourselves to come up with ideas for suits/colours. Came up with little advice unfriendly. Got the paperwork wrong and just generally a waste of time, very disappointed as expected better from Moss Bros. Had to attend a different branch to correct order.

Friendly helpful service, unfortunately could not help me with what I was looking for, that being a plain white shirt in my particular size which isn't anything out of the ordinary. Will try again in the future.
