We are the first and only Ilse Jacobsen stand alone store in the UK. In store, we sell her iconic boots and raincoats as well as her stunning clothing lines and footwear collections.

An exclusive ‘shopping experience’, with the mainline station at one end and the famous pantiles at the other. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - you'll never get a refund from the online shop! I ordered a pair of wellies online but they were sadly too big. I thought it would be simple to return them for a refund, but NO. Firstly, as they arrived by DPD courier, I was told by DPD they had to receive instruction from Ilse Jacobsen themselves to come and collect the box from me. I contacted Ilse Jacobsen on both their email addresses 5 times and am even now, STILL WAITING for a response. That was 2 weeks ago. Now I have passed their 14 day limit for returns and they're still ignoring me - I even wrote on their instagram page out of desperation! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
