TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - you'll never get a refund from the online shop! I ordered a pair of wellies online but they were sadly too big. I thought it would be simple to return them for a refund, but NO. Firstly, as they arrived by DPD courier, I was told by DPD they had to receive instruction from Ilse Jacobsen themselves to come and collect the box from me. I contacted Ilse Jacobsen on both their email addresses 5 times and am even now, STILL WAITING for a response. That was 2 weeks ago. Now I have passed their 14 day limit for returns and they're still ignoring me - I even wrote on their instagram page out of desperation! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
