What a shame that the customer service I received the second time I visited this shop was so terrible that I think I'd not return in a hurry. Ultimately I completely understand that there is sometimes discrepancies between what head office and the shop are saying, which is an inconvenience, but the attitude presented to me by the man who served me was absolutely unacceptable. Very disappointing.
