Love it here! So welcoming and friendly, they have so many lovely clothes. Someone is always available to help with extra sizes whilst your in the changing rooms. I have even phoned before to order something over the phone with Charlotte, and it came the next day! I find it a very personal experience, and would highly recommend. The girls that work there are fabulous! x

This shop always has such gorgeous clothes in the window they literally draw you in. When you enter the shop there is never an acknowledgement from the staff. They are always busy talking between themselves, which is so rude. I've tried this shop 3 times and I'm not going bother anymore. Considering its a small boutique with beautiful clothes you want to have the whole experience!

Today I went into the shop for the first time after watching a few of their Instagram lives. Three sets of couples walked into the shop whilst I was there and the lady in the shop didn’t acknowledge any of us. She was gossiping by the changing room with another lady. Not even a ‘Hi’, didn’t even make eye contact, nothing. Such a shame.

Ignored by owner and other member of staff, had money to spend for a wedding outfit and not even a smile wont be shopping again

The lady who worked here barely gave me the time of day. Felt like it could have been a judgement of whether I looked like I could afford it or not..! Terrible! Spent the money elsewhere and glad I did.
