Pleasant staff that are very friendly and always happy to help. Staff are knowledgeable which is always a plus. Their have a great selection of products and are very well priced.

It's bizarre that Black's camping and their sister outlet Millets are within staggering distance of each other.  Other than that, the staff are fairly knowledgeable and don't try to push the "here's a few things we have on sale, after you've just spend £150 on a pair of walking boots" thing similar retailers do.
