The service is atrocious. The staff came across rude and disinterested and it took 30 minutes for them to take our orders. It is a shame because the food I had was nice but was severely let down by poor, apathetic service. It was not good value for the experience at all.

Booked a table here looking forward to some highly rated Carribean cuisine. We were sat down at a (sticky) table and glanced over the menu. Then we waited for the waitress to ask for our drinks, she didnt come so decided on food too. Still we were ignored, despite at one point, three of the waitresses were standing around doing nothing. They were clearing tables, asking other customers about their food, standing round while we were sat starving. After 20 mins of waiting we got fed up and left. It's like we were invisible. The waitress came over to the couple who came in after us but no one paid us any attention. 

Tl;dr- waited 20 mins and were ignored to the point we left.

Had a meal here last Friday night. Walked in without a booking but the staff were very helpful and managed to fit us in after a short wait. Ordered everything the waitress suggested and it was fantastic...get the fritters to start! Will definitely be back.

We tried this restaurant out a few weeks ago. Still thinking about the delicious steak I had. It's something different, the food is great, and so is the service. Definitely going back.
