I don't think I've ever had a bad meal here. Food is good. Staff are friendly. Service is quick. The restaurant has a chilled atmosphere. Prices are reasonable, and if you can get vouchers (usually you signing up and getting emails from them) then you can get a really good meal for cheap as you can often get mains for free, among other special offers.

Visited again recently and enjoyed the meal. Service very good and good menu to choose from. Central venue close to shopping centre and cinema.

One of my favourite restaurants. The food is gorgeous but the service/staff have gone seriously downhill since it first opened which puts me off. Normally head over to the Marlborough branch instead where the service is 100 times better

Exceptionally slow service during a non-peak time visit. Arrived just after midday in a group of a dozen who'd reserved in advance - so not a surprise - and from starters to dessert, it took almost three hours. There was hardly any other customers and the staff were oblivious and unapologetic. Food served was OK, nothing amazing, which is why they're only getting a one-star at best.
