They stock decent food but they appear to have gone with the policy of closing almost all checkouts and leaving just one sometimes literally no-one! manning the 10+ self scan checkouts. There has now been multiple times I’ve waited 10+ minutes because of some issue and literally no one around. I have just walked out on more than one occasion. It’s an absolute joke every time and I really feel for that single employee running around while everyone is angry…get some more staff
12/10/24.....Never shop at this place again!!! ABSOLUTELY FREEZING, so many people complaining,staff having to wear coats. Seeing the price's this place charges they could at least make the experience pleasurable.
Very impressed with Lucas in the Garden centre. Friendly, polite and most helpful. Very busy time for him at the beginning of May, but still took time to give very useful and relevant advice. Happy to go the extra mile with excellent customer service.nBillnShrewsbury
Staff are always friendly and helpful. Wide selection of products and also has a useful garden centre during the spring and summer months. There is also a cafe which can be busy at times.
Would love to rate higher, but unfortunately there are things that needs improving. Always double check your receipt before leaving the store as pricing can be different for items, as pricing isn't always doubled checked on the shop floor. There are a few amazing staff members who are very helpful and friendly, but unfortunately there are a few that lack customer service skills.
