I didn’t use the supermarket really, just a quick basket. So the review is for the restaurant. The service was rubbish, plenty of staff wandering but no one serving. The drinks machine was out of coffee and hot chocolate. The tables weren’t being cleared despite it being really quiet (3:30pm). Our food came with pieces missing (no chips with scampi and chips?) and not only was it pretty cold it was awful. We paid £18 for 3 adult and 3 child meals. This would be a bargain if the food was even half decent. Save your money, use it to buy a McDonald’s.

I've put one star because there is no lower offer. The restaurant is on average. OK. Before 12,. They have a meal deal after 3pm each day but be prepared to have 2offers. Sausage and chips or fish. 3 weeks on the trot. I mentioned to the staff that I'd complained about it. They also agreed that nothing will be done about it. If you take your children after 3 there are no drinks other than bottled. I think that. The customer target is the aged as three tables in Thursday excluding my own meal were asked after if they were happy to settle for a completely different meal to what they ordered. And did so. After they asked me all four of our tabled were engrossed in conversation about what could possibly be going wrong. Other than that. Go after 10.30am and before 12,30pm. In general it's 60% of the time nice food. If I had no children. Or didn't help people get out for a meal. I really wouldn't go anymore. I hope this review helps as my emails to the store have done nothing. P. S. Meal deal went up £1 last week.

Large parking area, easily got to, really helpful and friendly staff on the tills and counters. Down side is the range of vegetables they used to stock has been halved. But there is enough variety of the traditional veg and fruit to satisfy anyones likes.

Good special offers. Their own baked items and own named items are good and good value. Their cafe is good value too. Plenty of parking spaces and a petrol station there.

Good and plentiful family parking. Fuel station is busy and can wait for a while at times. Staff in main store are generally pleasant and helpful.
