Not impressed by till and other staff. More interested in sharing jokes and mucking around than serving me. Also till assistant was feeling hot so used my packet of frozen fruit to cool her cheek down. In process of sending detailed message to Iceland Customer Services

Danielle at Shrewsbury branch was exceptional in helping me with a trolley and directions through the store. Top value deals and strictly regulated produce makes frozen food from this store no longer frowned upon.

Crazy busy wiv management who don't know what they sell!!! That's not a good thing, is it huh... grt that their busy n the til staff were really friendly but management who don't have a clue what they sell AND it's their own brand too!!!!, Not impressed, won't bother goin again,  will go to another Iceland where they know what they sell!!! Sad but true.. hey ho Shrewsbury Iceland huh..
