Store is clean, well stocked and offers great value for money. I would have given a higher rating if the staff were better trained in customer service, as several times I have had to seek out a member of staff to serve me and have been subjected to very offhand and occasionally somewhat rude service. Failure to say please or thankyou seems to be a problem for some staff members and some give the impression that they couldn't care less if you shopped there at all. Sadly with Iceland right next door, I am tempted to take my custom there, if only to be served pleasantly and actually valued as a customer. Such a shame that this store is let down in this way.
