Fantastic customer service. Emailed them to ask if they happened to have a specific discontinued jellycat monkey that I was searching for as a replacement for my toddlers. They had a look in their stockroom, found one and posted it out straight away to me. I now have one very happy toddler and am one relieved mummy thanks to County Sleep Shop.
