Large free car park with plenty of disabled parking. Disabled access to the shop. The products are always top quality and the shop is clean. Staff are always really helpful. Fuel is usually the lowest price in the area. There's a restaurant in this store which serves good food and beverages at affordable prices.

Every visit to this store challenges my patience and sanity. Whether it's figuring out where they've moved stuff to, navigating the store without getting trapped in the bottle neck they've managed to create between the newspapers, flowers and balloon stand or simply just survive the ordeal. Its like it's all been designed by someone who hates customers and wants them to feel miserable. I wander the aisles for ages trying to work out their rationale for putting things where they do. It's like it's a game where they have to try to find the least obvious home for items and then see how many times they can move them again! Apart from doing their best to provide the opposite of an enjoyable, intuitive shopping experience, I suppose it's fine. I do enjoy the all day breakfasts which are pretty good and the staff are friendly. Who even needs a balloon stand anyway, and if it is so essential, why isn't it anywhere near the rest of the party stuff and why isn't the rest of the party stuff on the same aisle as the cards and gift bags and why aren't they anywhere near the gift cards!?

Very helpful staff on bakery. Really tried and succeed to find what I wanted. Chased me round the store to bring it to me! Well pleased.

Great local shop, plenty of choice for groceries. Good value cafe with nice meals and special offers. Public toilets inside. There is also a small gardening section. Customer service is very helpful and friendly. Would have given 5 stars were it not for car parking. The car park is big but always busy, sometimes it is difficult to find a parking space.

Easy supermarket to find in the middle of Kirkby in Ashfield. There prices are reasonable. They do have some good offers on throughout the year. The staff are always friendly & polite
