Sorry Aldi, but for me I don't shop here where putting it in the partly B&Q unit as it looks completely ruined of a DIY store. I never liked the way they did.nnIt may be a cheaper supermarket but I felt there must be something suspicious going on of this chain such as trying to beat other supermarkets as well as true British supermarkets, and I'm not a fan of the Christmas campaign and some of the brands too. Although the interior is okay but not big, as bigger supermarkets.nnTo come and think of it this chain I think seems aggressive, that's only I think of it.nnI'm not playing a game, it just how I felt annoyed with the situation. Though I won't rewiew any other Aldi stores as one star.nnAs it's a long story to go through, for now, I shop at Lidl, of course it is also a German supermarket compared to Aldi but I have no problems there as much. As though it's a different story.
Been using this store for arround 3 yeas and always had good service. Other than the odd time they have been having personal conversations on the headset and got ignored. Since the self check outs were installed it’s felt like I have had to beg to go on a till but tonight has topped it off. Asked a member of staff to go on a till like always to be sighed at and basically told she was too busy I could understand if it was a basket but I had a full large trolley with a weekly shop. Absolutely shocking….. updatennFor the second time in a row we had an issue going on a till again. I asked for a till as I had a full big trolly and the self checkout scales are too small to lay out all the bags and pack into them. Again got attitude from a staff member and was told we would have to wait. The checkout operator was amazing polite this time and we were rung up in less than a few minutes. Getting really fed up with the attitude we are receiving for something so basic as using a normal till…….. update.nnWell 3rd time lucky, all the staff tonight were amazing, from the gent stacking the fruit and veg having a little banter, to the lady on self checkout not giving us an attitude for wanting a till but especially the lady who checked us out. polite helpful and chatty, hopefully it continues.

I was annoyed today Aldi as always no staff 2 till open and big Queue. Aldi managent wake up so also yougrt full cream disappeared from shelves to many items missing
Aldi Sutton is excellent! Great value for money, a wide range of quality products, and efficient staff. The store is always clean and well-stocked. Perfect for affordable, hassle-free shopping!
