Come here regular, today’s experience was extremely poor. Got my basket fall headed to the till was looking to see if there was any open but there wasn’t so we waited, an Aldi assistant said to me ‘rather then standing there you can ask for a till to be open’ very rudely. When I confronted him about his rudeness I said he should not be speaking like that to customers! He argued with me in an aggressive tone I then asked for a manager who I would hope would teach him some customer service skills! If this individual is there when I next shop il be avoiding.

My personal choice when I need anything from grocery store. It's wide, spacious and offers different variation of food, fruits and vegetables and alcohol too. It has private parking  for customers. Normally I'm going there to collect previously ordered grocery box.

Once you get used to the layout it's pretty quick to get about. I don't like the idea they don't have any self service tills. They are still cheaper than most but it is getting tight now.  Best corn flakes I buy and I include Kelloggs and they cost 69p for 500gms.

I like the experience and the aldi is nice but not a big fan of alcohol
