I visited this store last week for the first and will be the last time. First, my Asda rewards card was scanned by the checkout lady but when I looked later it had not registered anything in the cash pot, I spent £188.nThen, yesterday I received a parking fine for £100 as I had parked for longer than 2 hours. This was the first time I had been here and wasn't sure where the entrance was or the way around the car park and was too busy looking for a parking space to notice the parking signs. Yes they are there, I checked on Google street view after I received the fine. 2 Hours isn't long enough for some of us with walking difficulties and having never visited before not knowing which aisle to go down.nI won't be shopping in this store again I will go back to Tesco. This shopping trip to Asda turned out to be very expensive.
Someone from the central offices should have a check at this establishment because everytime I buy something it has a different price on the tag on the shelves than the register and I end up paying more. This happened in many different products many times. Do you do it on purpose? Is this part of Asda strategy to dupe people?
One of the most unpleasant shopping experiences I've ever had. The smell coming from some of the shoppers was so overpowering that I genuinely felt like I was going to throw up. I couldn't bear it any longer, abandoned my shopping, and rushed straight out of the store. I've never encountered such a lack of personal hygiene in a public place. People in Sutton, don't you have water in your house???? Absolutely disgraceful, never visiting Sutton again for shopping.
When doing a large amount of shopping how many people check what they have been charged for each item? Well people I suggest you do because Asda are guilty of misleading pricing, 10p here 80p there and mostly going un noticed. How many millions of pounds a year are they scamming us out of? I would give zero stars for this store had it be an option.
