Enjoyable visit as don't usually shop in Asda. Needed a water filter jug but couldn't find any and member of staff only knew about what was going on in her own aisle, so a bit of training required there. However, nice lady on checkout who was very pleasant and efficient.
Probably the worst Asda in the country. Homeless people pester you on the way in, also you're greeted by a filthy carpet on the way in. All isles are narrow and easily blocked by anyone shopping and there are about 3 tills in operation at any time the rest being self checkout with staff that spend their time chatting rather than helping. Younthen get hassled by homeless junkies on the way out. Oh and the carpark is badly designed too. Avoid if you want to preserve your sanity.
We went here to get a cooked pizza in the cafe, the pizza was amazing, sides not so much.nnWe were disappointed to see that the cafe was a tip, rubbish all over the floor, seats have duct tape over worn areas, and when staff went to clean the recycling bins, they just put the paper cups into the general waste bin, what's the point in customers trying to recycle if you are just going to do that?
What a joke! Firstly no disabled spaces as none blue badge holders including just eat and deliveroo just think it's OK to park there, have reported this inshore and to head office basically they don't care and did nothing, There are no trolleys that are clean and where all wheels serve their purpose. Never any baskets as theyre always stacked 20 high at the tills. The shop itself is absolutely filthy, dried blood in the fridges and the glass doors on the fridges haven't been cleaned since they were installed. As for empty shelves, this gets worse there are quite a few items that this store hasn't had stock of for more than a month. There are a couple of nice staff but no more than that and the managers who strut around are basically pig ignorant.
ASDA!!! what's happening with stock. At one time shelves used to be full. Now when I go in store to shop. Some are empty, part full, or for weeks on end some items not stock. Some of asda's own items not in stock or discontinued. Also tinned products. Not in stock. Plus alot more items. What's going on asda. Come on get your shelfs stocked up liked they used to be. Very unhappy customer. Also why have you closed the changing rooms. They haven't been open for months. I'm sure if they were open. It would be much less work for staff. And less hassle for customers. Other than having to return. Items.
