Great store, manager is also great and helped us a few months ago. However there are times stick is low. Lots of Amazon deliverers in the store which slows you down. Finally, too many self check outs and not enough people in hand to help when a product is purchased that needs verifying.
I do prefer the Morrisons on Holderness Road. The customers are just too pretentious here.nnStaff seem to cope well with customers. Answer most question with correct insightful knowledge.nnThe layout of the store is different, but the choice of fish is good. Sadly, sword fish has been discontinued, not the fish but the sale of it. The staff did not know why.nnBut good range of products that are unavailable at most supermarkets.nnNice cafe and very welcoming entrance.nnWill go again but prefer t'other one.nnUsed the cafe very nice helpful staff.
Would be fantastic if they had more than 1 checkout open during the day and not trying to force everyone through self serve. Maybe works at busy times but when it's older people or with kids and you have long queues, maybe be helpful to open checkouts.
Cafe, food was very nice but trying to order what I wanted on the touch screen was impossible so had to speak to staff and ordered our food the good old fashioned way.
To the lady who eventually turned up at the pizza counter tonight who served an older gent then me, a bit of warmth, friendliness and customer service wouldn't go a miss. I don't expect to ask for a pizza only to be told there is one in the chiller in a rude and sarcastic way. I'm afraid you have been the final straw that broke the camel's back as the attitude of staff and service has massively gone down hill. Believe it or not morrisons aren't the only supermarket.
