This is a lovely little M&S Simply Food Hall with a great little cafe.nThe cafe is always busy so we were lucky to find seats. Staff are lovely; coffee is good and the cafe is clean and tidy.nI do love the way food is displayed and the seasonal displays leading up to Mothers Day and Easter.
Customer service non existent! Went to pick up an order as I received an email advising it was ready. Received awful customer service basically the worst experience. Left without order the two people that were supposed to help me abused me and should never represent a wonderful company. I have reported to Corporate and sincerely hope action is taken to remove employees who have no customer service skills. Also called the Duty Manager with no luck so went straight to the top. Come on Marks & Spencer you don’t want this treatment to loyal customers you deserve better and likewise the customer deserves better and I will be contacting Stuart Machin.
Visited here last wkend with my family. Ordered two Colin the catapillar hot chocs they looked nothing like the pictures advertised and were not chocolatey at all. They made them again for us but were no better! Also they only do sourdough bread now? We don't like it so had to have wraps instead even though we didn't want to. Wouldn't rush back
M&S always good quality food. Slightly up marked items, not too overpriced but definitely a better quality than Morrisons, ASDA, Tesco.
Enjoyed their cafe..Nice atmosphere and reasonably priced.
