Good sized store with a cafe and toilets to the rear prices on a par with Waitrose but there are meal offers and some basic priced products. The store is also a pick up point for online purchases. Not all tills are staffed but there are four self service tills.
I shop here all the time, the vast majority of the staff in the shop are extremely polite, friendly and just lovely people. I do miss having the small selection of home and clothing collections they once had as it was useful for essentials/gifts especially as we don’t have an M&S in Hull now.nThe cafe is generally nice drinks, food ok too but not so keen on the staff, customer service isn’t a strong point. I find a couple of them rather rude.
Good range of food and general household cleaning items wines and spirits along with soft drinks.nGood range of flowers and plantsnNice cafe also.nCar parking payable but can get it back when buying something in store if you take part of the parking ticket.
First time visiting a cafe over 4 months, and we love it! We felt safe the whole time we were eating, everything is clean regularly, and the staff make you feel comfortable. Definitely recommend.
Clean usual M&S food standards however only one cashier till open that had a living human being and had to wait until there was a long queue before opening another. Oh dear!!! Hence only 4 stars and looking at information it says Mondays are usually busy Oh dear!!!!
