Always find great offers at Heron Foods & staff are always polite & helpful
Wow the staff are totally rude. No customer service skills. No point hiring people who don't like people. Could tell they'd rather be anywhere but there. Makes for a terrible shopping experience.
Too expensive now B&M have taken over.
The magic bags are a rip off, it says you get £12 worth, i got 6 loaves, 2 malt loaves, pitta bread and a packet of potato cakes, all with todays date, theres 2 people in my house, how can we use that much bread before it goes off, most of it will go in the bin and all had reduced stickers on, the total reduced price was £2.81, i paid £3.30!! Id have saved money by buying them direct in the store, will not be buying any more
