Big improvement. Great parking, petrol station and cafe. The store is now very modern and much bigger range including clothes. A pleasant shopping experience. Pity the petrol station customer service is slow. Waited for ages for pump to be zeroed but no luck and left in huff.
Very dark interior with weird lighting. Very spaced out. Almost too much space. Difficult to navigate. Untrained staff. Charged more for items than item price on shelf. And to top it all I was charged £1 each for 2 packs of 16 basic paracetamol tablets. Daylight robbery!
Well worth the wait for this newly built store. Lots of space and well stocked. I really like all the different fresh food markets. The fruit, veg and meats are all fresh.
First I've been in since it's been refurbished and it looks great. Lots of stock and it now has a good selection of clothes and alcohol. Love it, spent over an hour in there.
Breakfast is pretty good. Coffee was horrible though. £8 for more than you can eat is pretty decent. The rest of it is just a shop.
Waited over 50 minutes for a bowl of chips then had to leave as my lunch break was ending and got refund which was good since I could not take food to eat as I didn't have the time and had to head back to work wont be going back to cafe for lunch and is so time consuming so avoid if you only have a 1 hour break.timing is horrendous.morrisons will lose a lot of costom for the length of time waiting for food.
Went to newly refurbished Mortisons in Bishopbriggs today 7th July and it was a lovely experience. More than ample 3 hour parking plenty of spaces for all. Biggest improvements, layout and lighting. Brilliant ranges of foodstuffs clothing, cafe. Staff lovely and friendly and very helpful. I used to go to a same size store in Yorkshire when I lived there so am delighted to see the improvements that have brought it up to a par with my old store. Great improvement all round.
Went shopping to Morrisons Bishopbriggs. Went to get something to eat using their new automation service. Ordered everything required . Then waited and waited then after 35 minutes went and asked one of the girls. There was no order received under the number ordering system. Furthermore, the person across from us arrived at the same time via the counter order and got their meal after 40 minutes. Come on morrisons new store . Only observed two people preparing food . For the size of the new store that's a bit too much for two cooks to prepare food. When decide to go their was a very large queue at the counter order station. Yet again not enough staff for the size of the cafe. On returning home checked my bank statement...no payment was taken ... Morrisons get the act together... not a good customer experience.
The new store should be gold standard for all other supermarkets brands the amount of choice is awesome had some fish from the fishmonger and damn it was so fresh 10/10 ,the bakery section is really good too
Was in yesterday afternoon waited 1 hour 10 min for a 2 breakfast when it came its wasnt what wee ask for 4 staff on in a new store disgrace wont be back
