Received the worst customer service I’ve honestly ever had from John Lewis. Ordered an item online which was damaged in transit by the courier, Package was date stamped and sticker placed on by the courier showing damage. Over a week later and lots of phone calls I still don’t have the product I ordered and I’m out of pocket. The phone representatives at customer service have been nothing short of shocking. Absolutely useless at their job and sound completely inexperienced to be carrying out a customer service role. One person telling me it would be replaced another saying it wouldn’t. I’m overall extremely disappointed in the company and completely lost faith in any level of customer service from the once good brand. Disgraceful.
It’s quite bougie but if you can time it right and get promotional discount it’s not unaffordable and offers good quality in terms of product and service. The app is excellent and there are multiple collection and delivery options for online purchases.
Very nice store in Glasgow’s Buchanan Galleries. Not too busy/crowded and well laid out for browsing. Went mainly to return an item I had purchased in the London store. Very friendly helpful staff on the return desk, and this continued when my sister made some purchases. I will be back.
A great young man in the mattress department was fantastic from start to finish. Highly knowledgeable about all the products. Unfortunately I never hit his name but he was a credit to John Lewis. It was a pleasure to purchase a mattress from him.
Highly recommend doing your car seat shopping here with Sharon. She is an absolute expert with a wealth of knowledge and the patience and kindness to share it with you. She spent hours with us until we found the right car seat for our situation. Best customer experience I’ve ever had, can’t sing her praises enough!
It's a good store to buy electrical products from. The standard warranty is better than most stores. Their pricing is competitive and their service is second to none. Never a chore buying from this store.
Went to pick a TV and received outstanding advice from Ryan and Kerry at John Lewis. Informative and talented at helping customers chose the best tv for their needs
Never go to The Plate to Eat and order any rice plate, otherwise you will regret for your choice. The staff will serve you a knife and fork for your rice and the rice is tasted with odd texture. I am curious the staff and chef whether have rice as their meal before
This Store is Huge well stocked with plenty of choices, you will probably find what you are looking for. The Staff are very nice and super helpful . Quality Products, Prices can be bit expensive however you can easily find some really good deals. Over all Shopping here is a memorable pleasant experience ..
Tried for the first time their personal stylish and shopper experience and I must confess I loved it. I don't like shopping much but the made it so easy and selected for me a great selection of clothes that fit me and I would wear. Staff was super friendly and helpful
