Great store. Always buy my makeup and cloths from HOF. Great variety. Bit expensive but love it. A huge variety of good brand is available to choose
Nice staff. Excellent location, the street has lots and lots of other great shops and we spent the entire day on that street. I’ve been in at an earlier time when lights aren’t up and it is still a great view over the staircase but the Christmas lights just top it off. Lots of good brands and good discounts.
How very disappointing to find this iconic store has gone rapidly downhill. The fixtures and fittings are somewhat dated and the flooring, which in many places has holes which have been taped up with stick tape and is an accident waiting to happen ! The staff albeit hard working lacked the service expertise which patrons of the store once enjoyed ! On the positive side … Great store if you’re In the market for overpriced sports wear !
My favourite spot for shopping in Glasgow. Top brands and great service. The Dior store is magnificent!
Nothing bad to tell. Staff are always helpful, and knowledgeable. Lots of different choice of stuff that one needs anytime in a year. You'll never get disappointed on what you get there. I remember I was so absent-minded one time and left my purse on a pile of clothes after paying the bill. Luckily, when I found that out and returned to the shop almost two hours later, I was led to the security officer and got it back. Thank you!
Disappointed, they don't have a wide range of brands, and not all the collection they have for each brand
Sad day shopping in Fraser's . Retail standards were absolutely less than poor . Customer service non existent in every single department I visited. Needless to say I left without make one single purchase . You think the management might want to capitalise in the loss of Debenhams on the high St . This was my second visit in two weeks the first was the exact same but thought the weather may have impacted staffing levels but it's just really really badly managed .

Honestly the worst company i have ever dealt with. Ordered 2 items for my partners birthday online. The items did not arrive on the specified date, the 9th. I raised this with the courier, Evri and HOF. House of Fraser said they couldn't do anything until they had heard from Evri. Well today Evri has supposedly updated them, nearly 2 weeks later. The items have went missing. Shock. Doesnt take Sherlock Holmes to work out that if an item has been at the depot for over 10 days then its lost. After various emails from “customer service” a term I’d use loosely for the people they employ as clearly they have had no training in customer service. I was told they will re-order my items, Great! Next email “one of the items are out of stock” okay ill take a refund for that one and we can re-order the other, i thought no problem i can buy the other one elsewhere…WRONG next email actually the other items out of stock now too! Who would have thought it a massive retail chain employing children it would seem to do their customer services. To add insult to injury one of the items is still available online. Please do not buy from these guys they are shambolic and clearly opened up a business as a laugh.
Love house of fraser have shopped in it more since Debenhams closed. Would highly recommend going to Charlotte Timsbury section the staff there are lovely and so kind.
