This is a very popular store with a great range of reasonably priced household and clothing products. You can buy virtually everything for the home especially in kitchen appliances, kettles toasters cookware etc. Huge range of ladies and gents clothes, cosmetics and perfumes. Also great pillow, duvet and all bedsheet deals. Everything for domestic use. They even have a limited selection of speciality foods and confectionery. A couple of years ago, i bought some very reasonable garden furniture. There is something for everyone.
Good value, from household goods to clothes, shoes, perfume, etc a varied choice for everyone. Definitely worth a visit, friendly staff who are willing to help you if you are looking for a particular item
The worst shop ever! My iron just bought but faulty. I went back ask them nicely but the staff and manager being so rude! Asked us to leave because they want to close and dont allow us to change at all! Is this the way you treat your customer?!
It's the first time I've been at the new store location and it was clean and bright. I got what I wanted but the store needs compartmentalized and better signage allowing people to find their way around more easily.
First time I have been in since they moved. Nice bright store with plenty of variety and the prices aren't yo bad either xx
I've only been in this new store in St Enoch's centre a couple of times and find it very unorganised. Most of the staff always seem to be flustered and not sure of what their doing.
Amazing shop, they have everything. bedding, curtains, phones, heaters, etc. value for money. My go to shop for everything now.
Large stock with attractive prices, no doubt, but this is easily ruined by the customer service. Some staff are very unhelpful and rude. I was there to buy large items - a breakfast table set and a coffee table, both of which I needed help to get into the car which was parked right outside in Kings Street car park. The supervisor asked one of the guys to help me. I had even shown the lad where I parked my car, and he was okay. We went to the till to pay, then the man went to meet the supervisor. I don't know what he told her, but the lady came back to tell me the man could not help me get the things into the car. I asked why. She first said something about staff not being insured to do that. In surprise, I asked how customers who bought large items were supposed to be assisted, and she quickly drifted to Health and Safely. She then said I had to carry the bulky items myself since she, being a tiny lady could carry it, so she does not see why I couldn't, seeing as I was "bigger" than her! I was stunned at how rude and illogical that sounded, and how that was in line with Health and Safety. Long story short, I had to ask some gentlemen in the store to assist. It was interesting to note that other customers apparently were aware of the "tiny lady's" unhelpful behaviour. This lady and a few lazy employees are ruining the customer service experience for this company. In these times, where competition is tough, these kind of staff are bad for business. I'll weigh my options next time.
Now in St Enoch Centre, Situated on the Ground Floor, Where BHS was, Two Entrances Opened on Thursday 28th October.
Some really good bargains, at some remarkable prices and in some instances up to 50% Off!
