I had the ultimate breakfast for £7, great value and the food was tasty and warm. Only problem was waiting 25 minutes for it to come out.Food: 4/5
Food was cold and disappointing. Staff were nice but place wasn't that busy and wasn't that clean. No atmosphere. My son had fish n chips and the batter used to cook both the fish and the chips needed changing as it was over used and dirty. His food was covered in black specks and he refused to eat it.
Hard toast, like cardboard over microwaved inedible macaroni , dry dinners , dry sandwiches , coffee and hot choc machine always broken so they provide jars to make it yourself , specials on daily but half way through the day they have none left. Beefburger £7 meal had to be given back as the burger was charcoaled burnt , could go on , the only good thing is the staff are lovely and friendly , hard working ,and under staffed , the cafe is the nearest place to bring my dad who as dementia, but those food pics on the website ?? No way
Every now and again I use this cafeteria. I find it clean, tidy and the staff are smashing. They do lovely fish here, so when the urge takes I will pop in for Fish, Rice & Peas. 2 of those meals with two hot drinks for around £11, it's a fare meal and cheaper than the chip shop. Shame they close at 7pm, or I'd used the place a lot more
Staff were lovely and helpful with all my questions. My first time in here. Not much choice for vegetarian food. I asked for a cheese toastie and was told nothing g could be added to this, so i literally got toast with a load of melted cheese in the middle. I asked for a tea, which I got no help with. Holding a toddler on my side I prepped the teapot and took the tray to my table, staff did not offer any help Costa always help when I have my LO with me. So a little disappointed.
Absolutely disgusting- staff serving have grubby aprons on, cutlery which has been ‘washed’ covered in food, tables sticky and grubby. Food items arrived wrong, I asked for a full refund as after seeing the state of the place I was repulsed. Others customers were moaning, sort it out!Food: 1/5
Very disappointed, generally grubby, trays, cutlery, cups, teapots and coffee machines, which weren't working were all in need of a good scrub! Then to top it all my husband's plate had a thick scummy ridge round the edge, which out him off eating his breakfast.Should have complained but felt sorry for the girl who served us who was also working on the till. Won't be back!
Had all day breakfast here, nearly had to wait all day for it! Arrived after 25 mins, food would have been lovely but it was cold. Waitress was very helpful and efficient. But won't eat here again as too long to wait and it wasnt busy at all. Called here again as needed a quick lunch. Picked up a tray for tea and a lady told us if you are wanting hot food there's a 45 minute wait, what is the matter with this place? So we left. The toilets left a lot to be desired too, nowhere at all to hang coat or handbag so had to go back out and give them to my husband! Morrisons you need to do better.
I thought of playing subways surfers to see how many coins I get before the food arrived. I got a little over 4000 coins but died once. The staff was super friendly. My little sisters wanted pepperoni pizza but they only had cheese pizza. Had lasagna.Food: 5/5
Shocking, awful experience... Till not working, order screen not working, so order on the website is your only option. Only one of two coffee machines working, and that was absolutely horrible. Tried to get two Cappucino drinks, one came out black... Got a refund on the drinks, till now working and turning people away as not taking hot food orders due to 'Technology' issues. Eventually our sausage and bacon baps arrived, but no sauce as ordered and paid for on the app. Save yourself the trouble and don't go. Like others have said, tables piled high with plates and food. Absolutely shocking!!!
