Coffee good. Staff inattentive. Albeit busy. I ordered an Americano, Pot of Tea and a Mince Pie, waited 20 minutes, drunk our drinks, and still no Mince Pie, so I had my money back and left the shop. Not a place I'll be visiting again, sorry.

Disappointed , went here pre regent theatre for Christmas latte , mince pie and hot chocolate, and brownie,  4pm and seats where already being stacked on tables even though open until 6 , hot chocolate didn't fill the glass and was like warm , plate was dirty that the mince pie was on , girl who served was really pleasant, however environment and beverages poor won't be doing that again

I appreciate it's a small and very busy store but the restroom was filthy on today's visit. Thick dust on sinks and toilet cistern. The main sink was black with dirt. It's was 10.30 am ish when we visited. I would question as to whether it had been cleaned at all since the previous day.
If the customer toilets are uncared for what are the kitchens/private areas like?
