What a wonderful gym! More Energy Hayes has a unique atmosphere that is different from the other gyms I’ve been to. The staff and members are friendly, kind and support one another… everyone actually knows each other by name! It’s a community and the equipment, sauna and all group classes are of high quality. Highly recommended

Ash the manager and his team are positive and always encouraging!!This is a small friendly gym and the team are always friendly and helpful. Ash and his positive energy and encouragement just make you want to train and push yourself further. The classes are fabulous and fantastic!! Highly recommend this gym.

I joined this gym a few months ago and love it!! Classes are really good and both instructors Ash and Wiola really pushing you to the next level.. Love the music and friendly atmosphere. I will highly recommend this gym to everyone..

The worst gym ever. The gym is very small. Workout machines are old and most of the times they are out of order. There are just couple of workout devices treadmills and eliptical trainers;if you want to use them, there is a queue of people waiting already for them. Not to mention that there is a severe breach of GDPR policy as some classes zumba are recorded without asking for participants consent or the purpose of the recording being explained to them. If I could, I would give this gym less then a star.

Fantastic place, friendly and helpful staff, specially Ash the manager very knowledgeable and hard working. good selection of classes. This place is not big or fancy but if you are serious about fitness this is the place.

Collage gym Quiet so never gets too busy Always able to use machines for exercise plus great classes and great monthly prices .

I was a member since July 2019 till early 2021 due to relocation and unfortunately the distance is too long. Amazing atmosphere, amazing staff and people. A small cosy gym which has everything you need and friendly people around. Ash and Wiola will always make sure you will feel good and comfortable, would definitely recommend. Hopefully one day I will manage to come back!

Great friendly gym where everyone knows your name. I decided to switch my gym last years and honestly it was the best decision I ever made. The service is constantly good, the staffs are always smiling, friendly and  facilities are great and there are NO weights/equipment's lying around the flour to be tripped on. I remember visiting the same gym 4 years ago and it was total chaos, new management has really improved the gym that its almost unrecognisable. They really do make the effort to make it a good experience for members.  My only concern is that due to the small scale of the gym, they really need to consider expanding if they want to keep signing up new members.  At this moment, it does get little over packed especially with just few people in weights and yoga section, but that really depends on what time you go especially during peak hrs after 5pm. I haven't used the other facilities or classes but I know my mum has and she is really happy with it. As for the price, its ok for its size, equipment's and services. However I think it would be nice if they could have an option for different membership price where it include or excludes some of the extra services if not interested.

I love this gym!! The staff are so friendly and helpful!! The equipment is brilliant such a variety of things to do - they offer great classes too!! I'm really happy I joined this gym it's such a bargain :
