I have been told this is one of the best places in the area for martial arts i am too old to put this to the test

I've been at the club for over two years now and have made excellent progress. The club is friendly and welcoming and is suitable for beginners to semi professional fighters. I would definitely reccomend this club for anyone interested in starting martial arts.
